We offer full sides of Scottish Highlander beef, for you and your family. Or if you prefer, get your family, friends, and neighbors together and give a little to everyone.
We sell, ready-to-cook, 100% natural, grass fed Scottish Highlander beef. By the way, Scottish Highlanders are the big furry cows you see all over the site!
*A side of beef is approximately 200lbs of ready-to-cook, take home beef. About a years worth of beef for a (Non-Vegetarian) family.
Roasts
2 X Chuck Roast, 2 X English Roast, 2 X Rump Roast, 2 X Brisket, 2 X Bone-In-Prime Rib: If you choose Prime Rib, you will not get your Rib Steaks.

Ground Beef
92% Lean Ground Beef. It’s very lean and flavorable ground beef in 1 pound packages, and or 1/3 /lb pre-made beef patties.
Other Meats
Stew, Kabob or Fajita Meat: Lean cubes of meet in ~1 lb packages. You also get Short Ribs for barbequing or your crock pot.
Don’t get fooled by hanging weight!
Our price per finished, ready to eat pound. Don’t get fooled into paying “less” from people who charge based on hanging weight.
Make sure you know whether you are buying finished or hanging meat. Other companies charge a lot less for hanging weight because there is a lot of unusable waste. Your take home, ready to cook meat will be about ~35% less for what you pay for depending on variables like the butcher, cut, and quality of the beef.
We charge by finished weight. This means that everything we sell you is ready to throw on the grill and eat!
