More About The Ranch

Highcountry Highlands and Maryland Creek Ranch are located just outside the Town of Silverthorne in the beautiful State of Colorado and the majestic Rocky Mountains. The ranch is situated just west off of highway 9, sitting right in the middle of the Blue River valley.

It was and continues to be a true working ranch. The Ranch consists of around 1100 acres give or take with around 200 acres of Irrigated pasture that we hay each summer. The Ranch is part of Colorado’s storied Wild West and was originally on the “Blue River Stage Line” between Silverthorne and Kremmling.
